The AC is very hot. It's like it was never filled with freon.

During my stay I was very happy because Yemen, everything was good with its facilities and services.

Not served politely by the hotel receptionist which made me really want to report this to the related party.

The shower was broken, the towels had to be taken downstairs, the room had lots of cobwebs, the windows were dusty, the blankets had holes in them because of cigarettes, there were lots of loud Pekanbaru noises making noise in the hallways.

Very bad facilities the price of Rp. 219,000 there is no tissue, there is no TV for breakfast or sahur, nor is there a cupboard. Even though other hotels in the same class have breakfast tissues and TV. What is even more disappointing is for cancellations on the same day at the same time, the limit is only seeing the rooms, you can't have a good discussion, what's wrong with getting half of this money back at all.
