The view is great, the facilities are very comfortable, the swimming pool is large, you can go straight to the beach

The condo owner is very friendly & informative. The view from the room is very beautiful, directly facing the pool & sea. The pool & beach facilities make families feel at home on vacation here. The location is easy to find. There is a direct access door to the beach & snacks on the beach are quite affordable

Marbella is a probably very old building, so don't expect a luxury condo look at first place. Despite that, the room provides all necessities: kitchen+utensils, extra bed, drinking water dispenser, bath tub, ward robe, pillows, and bolsters. The room was clean and not smelly. The TV has no channel, but you can bring your own device like PS5 and plug in the HDMI. AC works good. There is no hot water for shower, but they provide water boiler and water bucket. The owner was very friendly. Free parking for the entire stay. The pool was clean, view was great, and it has direct access to beach. There are a lot of sellers on beach though that may hinder your experience. Overall it was a pleasant stay. I think the only lack is Wi-Fi access.

The room had been ready at 12.30, cleaned right after the previous guest checked out. Easy check in. The property is in the same building as the hotel, so facilities such as the lobby, kid’s zone, swimming pool, beach access, and room size are the same as those of the hotel. The owners are very informative and respond quickly to address any issues. The room was clean, smelled nice, and had a balcony with a sea view. Things that could be improved: the TV signal was not good. No Wi-Fi. The building is old, so don’t be surprised if some items are a bit worn, but overall it’s still acceptable. Maybe it needs to be renovated a bit to make it fresher, with a cool sofa and direct view of the beach.

Plus: complete facilities. Can cook and there is a vegetable stall in front of the hotel. The atmosphere is cool. The check-in process is easy, the staff and owner are informative and fast responsive. The minus is the TV picture is not clear, the kitchen cupboard will be repaired soon. Hopefully next time it can be better.

Plus: fasilitas lengkap, parkir free, ada kolam renang dan pantai berpasir. Minus: Kasur bau pesing dan shower agak macet

Alhamdulillah dapat kamar yang lumayan bersih, pelayanan ramah, pemandangan bagus, cuma kalau malam malas keluar karena agak horor juga sih bawaannya, kalau sudah di dalam kamar adem, AC sejuk, makasih Bu Komang atas pelayanannya.

Ke-2 kalinya menginap di sini, masih sama selalu happy moment tahun baru menginap di sini. Fasilitas oke banget walaupun banyak yang bilang hotel serem tapi aslinya nggak kok. Fasilitas oke, harga oke. Terima kasih pak Dewo, Bu Komang sudah sangat membantu.

The rooms are nice, you can cook yourself with complete cooking equipment, but the hotel as a whole is not as crowded as before.

Fasilitas kamar berfungsi baik

Tempat yang cocok membawa keluarga terutama anak-anak dan orang tua tidak perlu kemana mana sudah tersedia kolom renang dan pantai kamar lengkap sudah ada dapur yang bisa digunakan untuk memasak dan meja makan yang simpel, check-in bisa jam 12 asal tempat sudah ready. Petugasnya fast respon. Kuliner tersedia di depan hotel Alfa ada 2, Indomaret 1, restoran padang dan lain-lain. Pokoknya lengkap. Cocok buat healing. Keran cucian piring di dapur agak rusak tolong diperbaiki.
