Coming back because I had previously enjoyed staying at this hotel, I booked 2 rooms and the room I stayed in was very disappointing because my position was on the top bunk bed, the roof was moldy and the wallpaper on the walls was torn (it would be better to repaint it) so that visitors could comfortably stare at the ceiling, the room door was broken so it couldn't be locked and there were lots of mosquitoes.

I came back because I previously stayed here and the place was comfortable and clean. It turns out that the sheets now are dirty and the pillows smell of perfume as if they haven't been changed. I've reported it to the receptionist and the reason is that the staff has gone home. The access card for the elevator often has problems but the receptionist always helps.

The receptionist was not friendly, the room was clean, comfortable, the price was cheap, close to the mall and places to eat, the staff were friendly, I will come back and stay at this hotel again.

The toilet's drainage is clogged in the female room, many toilets are broken, and the closet is disgusting.

The location is great, I decided to stay here for 2 days and travel to Johor-Singapore.

Near JBCC and JB Komtar, the room is clean.

Strategically located near JB Sentral, just a 5-minute walk. Singapore is only 15 minutes away.

The staff is very helpful when we have questions, and we provide towels and toothbrushes. Towels must be returned upon check-out to avoid fines. Overall, staying at Attrus is very safe and comfortable, even though you're mingling with many people, but there's enough time to queue for the bathroom. The key is to maintain cleanliness. Highly recommended for solo travelers. Note: For personal comfort, it's best to ask the front desk staff how many people are staying in the room you've booked. I had a bunk bed upstairs. Early in the morning, someone came into the room and "moved" my suitcase. I thought the bunk bed downstairs was empty, so we didn't use the bunk bed downstairs, and I was worried about things getting messed up.

I hope the shared bathroom will be cleaner and better maintained

This hotel is clean, friendly, and is popular with travelers from Europe as well.

The location is very close to the mall, also close to Johor Bahru immigration, close to instagrammable places such as Jl Tan Hiok Nee, Karat Market, Masjid India, Little India, Johor Ancient Temple.. to go to Senai airport, just take Grab for only RM 30.

Cheap price but feels like staying in an expensive hostel, close to the crossing area to Sing

The room and bathroom were clean, there was a dining area upstairs for us to eat, a prayer room in the women's area, and the food at Kopi Tiam was also really delicious. It's close to the mall, shopping centers and dining areas, a mini market, and it's also close to the Woodland checkpoint. I'll recommend it to my friends, and I'll be back again.
