Secrets Wild Orchid was a great place for our first international trip. Safe, clean welcoming environment.

EXCELLENT

I loved the way the staff went above and beyond to make sure my stay was everything I needed it to be for the best experience possible. Everything was beautiful and clean. The food was amazing. I ate at 9 out of 20 bars and restaurants within my 4 night stay. I received one of the best massages from their spa. Great resort! I will be returning!

It was a nice property

As soon as we walked in to check in we were bombarded to join a timeshare and wasted 30-45 minutes of our time there. Even after saying we’re not interested the person kept insisting and even said he’d do a wake up call at 730 am! I said no we’re on vacation and I don’t want anyone calling me waking me up. Next morning, phone still rang. I found this to be extremely rude and disrespectful because we said no. The hotel itself was ok. Food was ok, nothing to brag about. Drinks were not great except for the mimosas at breakfast. Some staff were friendly, others were not.

We liked the view from our first floor room. Dinner services were on our side of the resort which made it really easy to go to breakfast and dinner. Lunch by the pool was also great!

Great service, the entire staff was friendly. Everywhere you go you will be greeted with a smile. Great bartenders, food and location. Not enough beach chairs with umbrellas, it can get crowded on the weekend. But overall, definitely recommend.

I loved that it was all inclusive and sooo many things to do

The rooms are old. Delay in everything. Room service or anything else. The iron, Tv ans fan didnt work. We advised the front desk nothing been done. Expensive for nothing i wont recommended.

I had a great time with my parents. Jerk man was amazing. Breakfast was good. Rooftop at breathless was amazing. Best meal hands down.

I loved our stay at the property. The staff was exceedingly and abundantly helpful. The amenities were perfect. The only issue was the overwhelming scent of mildew as soon as our room door opened, so much so that our belongings smell like mildew after our departure. Everything will need washed/aired out but overlooking that - the stay was PERFECT.

Property was nice. When we were there they had closed some of the restaurants leaving limited choices. You couldn’t eat at the hibachi restaurant unless you purchased a bottle of wine. I was very turned off by how much they pressured you into purchasing vacation packages with them and how much they were pushing for upgrades.

Everyone was super friendly !! Had a wonderful relaxing time and the food was wonderful ! It was hard to get housekeeping and we were expecting a birthday service for our room we had to ask about 3 times. But over we loved it !

Location was understaffed, waiting very long to get drinks even when tipping generously. Some servers in restaurants seemed pissed off? Or annoyed by our presence. We were tricked into a sales pitch that was promised to be 90 minutes but lasted well over 2 hours, right in the middle of the day, and killed any chance of doing other activities that day. The pitch was super pushy and awkward and we said at the start we didn’t want to buy but they had 4 different people try to talk us into their tens of thousands of dollars, 15+ year vacation club. The food was okay and made sense for the price point.

The property was amazing, Regina who is the Mgr, in the preferred area, continuously check in on us to make sure everything was to our liking. Customer service was phenomenal.
