Friendly staff, very thoughtful welcome fruit. Small minus point is that the elevator is a bit overloaded, and a bit small, have given feedback to the hotel's customer service staff

I booked a premium room here. It was discounted to 1.2 million a night. But I was really disappointed. They gave me a room with no natural light. The room was super small. With that price, last time I stayed at Dream Hotel, I could see everything around Sunworld. This room is dark. And it's tiny. The bathroom is cramped. I think the price is high compared to that room.

The room consultant is extremely friendly and enthusiastic. If there is a problem with the room, the staff will immediately fix it. The hotel room is beautiful, the view is super nice. Will come again.
