Disappointed, the swimming pool is only for 2 people. Well, the three of me (bringing 2 children aged 3 & 5 years) were finally charged an entrance ticket of 35 thousand for 1 person. For family holidays not recommended.

. it turns out that I didn't get a room, I wanted to add another bed, it was already full, upgraded to a room that was also full, so I just went home. , if I got a cabin dorifery, it's not a room but a bunk bed for many people there and it's separated for men and women. so it can't be for a family and I got 1 bed. I thought it was a room like a normal hotel, I didn't read it carefully, so I just went home and didn't stay overnight. I can't get a refund either

Hospotality that really pampers guests, the location of the hotel is 30 minutes from Batu City. And the food in the restaurant is very good.

I'm a bit disappointed because I can't try the swimming pool facilities because if you order a dormitory room, you don't get an entry ticket to the waterpack, huft, it should be written dungs in the description.

Sangat mengesankan bagi saya menginap di kapal garden, pelayanan sangat baik, para stafnya juga ramah, tempat tidur yang sangat nyaman juga bersih, dan rooftop yang bisa buat smoking area sembari nyantai menikmati suasana.

Bagus banget, stafnya ramah, desainnya unik, keren, view-nya bagus, worth it lah 👌🏻👌🏻👌🏻

Stay the last night before finally deciding to move hotels, it feels like you're being punished, huhu because you're alone but the outside is big. Got a dorm room and it's very quiet, it's okay for the rest of the last night, I'm afraid :') because previously I got the room above :)

Don't know what to say. Super worth because the first two nights stay you get a superior room even though you ordered a dormitory. The rooms are really good, make you feel at home even though they are small. Unfortunately the bathroom doesn't have a key. The rest is okay. I'm quite amazed because I can get the price paid. Thank you, surely will be back again!

Cabin dormitory room only cocok buat orang yang suka traveling dan orang yang punya six sense/mata batin hehe😅

Hotel rekomendasi buat yang mau solo traveling, all staff di hotel ramah banget dan care sama cust, love it 🥰

At first it was the same as the dorm book, but because I was the one staying overnight I was afraid. upgrade to standard nmbh 120. no bf. Everything's okay. continue.

Very friendly service, prices are quite cheap, rooms are small but very efficient. Clean and shower water flowing, close to tourist areas. The rooftop view at breakfast is very good, can see Mount Arjuno, recommended for solo / family staycation.

i'm booking for bunker bed with AirCon facility but I didn't get it at my bunker because the bunker must filled 30/60 so AirCon will on. At the time my bunker not filled with 30 people :(

I know it's a dormitory room. I really understood. But I felt it's too massive so there were too many people inside the dormitory room (it was really crowded, I was really unfortunate to check in with a big-group booking. One of them almost used my sandals & my jacket because she thought it was her friend's stuff). Withstanding that issue, the bed is not that comfy and not-so private, because the curtain is very thin and only cover your body side, but not covering your feet side. I felt weird to share that situation. But, the location is very great even it's far from downtown.

The lobby sofa has a lot of insects.

Let me know you should only use a fan that is described. the room is under a fan, the fan isn't tight enough, so it happens.

Clean, pleasant and cheap can get some more breakfast.

Comfortable hotel, strategic location. but for the dormitory room the mattress is more comfortable, unfortunately I got the top mattress, so it's less comfortable. The towels provided were a plus from me.
