Friendly and helpful staff, beautiful hotel

Breakfast has few dishes! Breakfast staff is not friendly!

The room has a very nice sea view. The room is poorly cleaned.

I have stayed at this hotel many times, but this time I just found out that only foreign guests have welcome drinks. I heard the receptionist say "please offer drinks to those 2 foreign guests" because I was sitting next to the bar counter. Meanwhile, I and some other guests waited to check in before them. The drink was not good, but it showed me the unprofessional way of working of the receptionists. Female receptionist at the bar counter, noon 07/13/2025.

I visited the hotel twice when I came to Nha Trang. Plus points: - Room: has a beautiful sea view, spacious, very large deluxe bed, can sleep 3 adults. Service: staff are professional, friendly, enthusiastic; hotel service makes me feel that the hotel can meet all the needs of guests (from borrowing dining utensils, beach towels, irons, ...) There is a delicious welcome drink, the hotel lobby is airy, cool, soft sofa ... Minus points: I feel the breakfast buffet is not very special, the flavor is not special.

Good service, enthusiastic staff support early check-in, will come back here. The room is clean, fully equipped, breakfast buffet has a variety of dishes. When checking in, I was also given a plate of fruit, the hotel is very thoughtful.

Hotel is conveniently located, clean beach, calm sea, very safe for swimming.

Great will be back next time

parking is a disaster. can park 3 cars. one car blocks the other and can't get out. waited almost an hour to get the car in and out. view is ok like any other sea view hotel. bed is harder than concrete. for this price, I promise never to come back.

The hotel is located right on the beach front. Cross the street to the beach, very convenient. The staff is quite quick and enthusiastic. There is a welcome drink but only 6 glasses are brought for a group of 12 people. I reported it but it was not replenished. The hotel is clean. Good soundproofing. The room is quite nice, fully equipped. However, the bathroom is not completely covered, if you go as a couple it is fine but if you go with friends or family with small children it is very inconvenient. The breakfast buffet has all the basic dishes and is refilled continuously until the end of the hour. The food is quite delicious. The hotel has a swimming pool but the pool is quite small. If it is a bit crowded, there will be no place to swim. The biggest minus point is that the hotel does not have a parking space, you have to park your car elsewhere, every time you need to get your car is extremely time-consuming. There are also staff to take you to get your car but sometimes there is, sometimes there is not. In general, on a scale of 10, the hotel gets 9. Will consider it if I return to Nha Trang.

The receptionist is super nice and enthusiastic! Next year if I have the chance, I will continue to book at Navada

Friendly staff, the hotel has a beautiful view that always makes me so fascinated that I don't want to go out. The room is clean, the food is diverse. The staff is very enthusiastic, and let me leave my belongings after checking out. Highly recommend everyone💓

Dirty pillowcase, hair on the sofa

Very ok, convenient location, just cross the street to the beach, however the cleaning is not very satisfactory, the day before I washed my hair, the next day my hair was still in the drain. Good experience 😍🥰 Next time I come to Nha Trang, I will book again
