It's a very good hotel, located right in the heart of the city, but the room I got was very small and I could hear a lot of noise from the next room. The room wasn't soundproof at all.

The hotel room is quite big, comfortable bed and strong water pressure but the aircon is not cold. Breakfast is acceptable. Recommended budget hotel stay.

This is my third stay at The Loop on Leith Hotel, and I keep coming back because of its excellent location, large and clean rooms, and convenient access to food. I would definitely choose to stay here again whenever I’m in Penang.
