We enjoyed our two night stay at The Sinclair. Overall the staff were very helpful and friendly. Valet, Porter, and the front desk were efficient and friendly. The hotel is clean and well maintained. The Porter gave us a brief history of the property on our way to our suite. The suite was very spacious and clean. There are a lot of nice tech touches in their rooms. Touch screens control lighting, window shades, and room temperature. There were two nice size TVs with easy interfaces. The bed was comfortable and linens were nice quality. The bathroom was beautiful and had nice amenities including a bidet and a very modern shower with electronics that control water pressure, temperature and LED lighting. We had dinner at The Wicked Butcher. The food was well prepared and the staff were attentive. Probably one of the best steaks I’ve had in a while. Cooked perfectly and nice portions. The hotel is located in a safe and nice area. Beautiful architecture and lots of small shops and restaurants. We enjoyed walking around and there is an area nearby with fountains that children were playing while parents enjoyed live music from a Mariachi band. We enjoyed our stay at The Sinclair and you will too!

Very comfortable. Nice bar and restaurant and what you’d expect at an autograph hotel. A lot of tech to even open curtains and use shower which is not ideal. Shouldn’t have to take 5mins to figure out how to turn a shower on

The location was wonderful with many restaurants and entertainment options nearby. The hotel was beautiful, and the room was comfortable and pretty. The only negative was the drink service in the bar. Avoid the Sinclair signature cocktail. It was not drinkable due to its bitterness. Despite the waitress’ bringing simple syrup, it was far too bitter to drink for anyone in my party to drink, and definitely not worth $20.

They have valet parking. The hotel is amazing. It truly pampers you in so many ways. The lights drapes and shades are all touch screen controled. If you want a romantic mood set just press the button. Lights dim, shades and curtains close. It has other settings too. The shower is also touch screen controled. Make the lighting any color you want. Set the percise water temp digitally. Enjoy one of the three shower heads. The mirror can play music, show you the weather, news things to do in the area, etc. I look forward to staying hear again.

Cool old hotel in the center of downtown. The rooms are small, but they’re kind of funky. The staff was great. Only bad thing was the rooftop bar was closed.

Front desk staff representative from New Jersey was welcoming and helpful. However, note that you must use the valet with each and every use of your vehicle (and they were awful - our vehicle was dented) because your vehicle is parked in some nearby high rise, there is no ice available unless you contact room service, and even though we paid extra for three of us in a room, housekeeping didn't give us enough amenities (water, soap, etc.) to function. Our front desk man did help us when he could. There is no consistency with housekeeping either. Room was over-technologized. Too too much technology for the sake of technology in these small rooms. Just let me turn the light on or off, don't make me go through a touch pad to activate system, then hit it twice, then wait, to turn a light off. Geez. The bed was not comfortable either, as we had backaches every day after waking. Lavazza coffee pods great, but fake creamer and no stevia. No real place to gather in "lobby" - the one table available was always busy. Location is close to restaurants and downtown activities. Top floor was closed and construction was daily distraction. I just expected more from an historic and high profile property. If you are curious, stop in for a gander of the architectural features that have been restored and find a roomier and guest-friendlier place to stay.

The Sinclair is in an excellent location close to the sights of downtown. The interior of the hotel is art deco inspired, stylish but somewhat somber. The room furnishings are luxurious and the bathroom is state of the art. All the lights and the shower are operated electronically. more guidance on how to operate the system might be useful, especially for first time users. The desk/bar alcove is all black and should be more illuminated. The restaurant serves breakfast untill 11 am which is nice.
