This hotel was amazing! One of the better ones. Everyone was friendly and helpful. The pool and hottub were awesome!

My favorite place to stay when I’m in town. Friendly staff, nice rooms. The nice gal at the desk placed me in a great room. It seems like it almost time for new sheets, and mattresses. Getting lumpy and the sheets were pilled and not as soft. My only complaint

Nice hotel. Very clean and modern. We stayed here for a ski trip and it was centrally located. It was disappointing that they did not have a free breakfast. For the price a minimal continental breakfast would have been nice.

Great new hotel, a bit expensive but nice

Towels were sparse at pool. Staff was smiley, but not overly friendly. Hot tub was nice & hot, pool was nice.

The view of the valley was exceptional.

We chose the $30 breakfast option add-on and when we went to breakfast the restaurant said that it was only for one person. Then said it’s is a $20 limit on what the one person could order. This didn’t make any sense since we paid $30 for this add on. They said that it was the code that the 3rd party (Hotels.com) gave us and that’s all it covered. We were not too happy but the restaurant person wasn’t going to budge until we had to talk to the manager of the hotel and we gave us another credit. Not really acceptable when hotels.com states that it is a breakfast credit, while not counting for more than one person (while we had 3 in our party) and paying more than what we could even order with the credit was even worth. The hotel itself was nice though.

This is a great place to stay in Petoskey. Very comfortable room, nice sheets. I try to stay here every time I’m in town for business.

Nice hotel with a lot of perks will stay at again

It is a wonderful hotel, very clean and like new!! The room was spacious and nicely furnished, and the staff was friendly and very helpful. We saw smiles from them all! It is quiet and yet close to stores and all the beauty of the city.

My wife and I were celebrating our 13 year anniversary. From the time we arrived to we left we had the best customer service from the front desk and all the staff there we will definitely go back. The facility is very clean quiet and comfortable. The food and drinks were amazing.
