Only one working elevator for my entire stay.

Great stay with amazing views. Bathroom was great and the shower amazing. Very comfy beds. We went to the bar each night and the bar staff were great as were the cocktails.

Despite the bad attitude of some of the restaurant staff, we liked the hotel, i just hope they fix one of the two elevators.

This place is a must stay! It’s perfect. The location is right across from the ferry and bus terminal. It’s easy to uber to and from. The view is stunning and the staff are so kind.

Super convenient to go into the city. The hotel is wonderfully kept and staff very helpful. Parking was easy, too.

Only 1 elevator was working. Lower lobby level was dirty. Damage to walls and trim work in many places.

Staff was very friendly. The room was beautiful and had a great view of NYC skyline. The rooftop restaurant was very nice and the food was delicious.

We were going to New York City for my birthday and wanted to stay in New Jersey to take the ferry over. This was the best hotel we’ve stayed at. The rooms were clean. Service was excellent and shopping was easy to get to. The staff were really friendly and very helpful. One of the best things about our stay was the restaurant right next to the hotel. It was outdoor eating and you could see the shoreline of New York City it was amazing.

Stay 1 night at Envue prior to our cruise from New York. Parking was $22 a day plus ferry station right in front of hotel. 15-20 minutes ferry ride to Midtown plus buses supplied by ferry company to bring you different parts of the city for free! One way ferry ride about $9. Great location, quiet from downtown New York City! Will return for sure!

Was nice that the property directly next to the ferry was very convenient. The hotel itself was pretty mediocre. One day we did not get room service or even towels upon asking. The room phone did not work. The ceiling had water stains as was wet the entire stay. The hotel only had one working elevator with long wait times. Could be a better hotel but just seems like not maintained or ran too well.

We chose to stay over in NJ as we travelled to watch Oasis and I am really pleased we did. Hotel is located right across from the ferry terminal and gives great views of the New York skyline, both from our room and across the Weehawken river line. Rooms are spacious, comfortable and just a generally nice hotel with nice staff. We will be back to New York and we will probably be back to this hotel as well.

I loved this hotel and its location and the staff were so helpful! It’s going to be the main hotel to stay in for me when visiting nyc! It’s very conveniently located!

Best housekeeping staff ever. Helped me with ice and directions. Clean place and very charming. Parking was a breeze and affordable.

I recently had a very disappointing check-in experience at what is supposed to be a 4-star hotel. After traveling extensively around the world, this was by far the worst. We arrived at 4 PM, an hour later than the standard check-in time. The receptionist, Chris, informed us that no rooms were available and that we would need to wait for about two minutes. After 15 minutes, I approached him again, noting that check-in usually starts at 3 PM. To my dismay, he raised his voice and reiterated that there were no rooms available at that moment. His attitude was completely unacceptable and significantly impacted my day and overall impression of the hotel. While the room was clean, the air conditioning unit was excessively noisy, making for an uncomfortable stay.
