This hotel is very unpleasant. I'm currently flooded and can't get through. All the roads are blocked. I have a friend in Bangkok. I asked him to check me in. But he couldn't. You have to provide the name of the person who booked to check in. Are other hotels less complicated? As long as you have a booking code. All passports can be checked in. I've even sent my passport, but it still doesn't work. This is the first time I've encountered a hotel with such poor service.
