Booked from June 29, 2026 for July 4-5, 2026, 1 night. When I checked in to the hotel, I was told to wait quite a long time just to check the data. I had a feeling there was definitely a double booking and yes, all the rooms with the type I booked were full, they said. My order had been submitted but the hotel said they hadn't seen it, they hadn't had time to save the order even though there was time from the 29th. Previously, since noon, I had tried to confirm via WA to 2 official numbers to inform me of my late check-in, but there was no response. I asked for the WA number and the answer was "My girlfriend is holding the WA number" 🤣 Very childish. During the argument, the hotel was unprofessional, their answers were just going around in circles. They offered me another room with a standard type (as I expected), I refused, I insisted on my rights. After 1 hour of waiting, they said there was an empty room, even though they said it was full before 🤣 The condition of the room was dirty walls, there was a lot of dirty trash under the sofa, there were cobwebs on the ceiling. Amenities are incomplete, just two tea bags without sugar. That's enough for people like this.

The hotel is located in an alley before the town square. It's strategically located near the town square, making it easy to find food. However, the hotel has minimal amenities. It's okay for just staying overnight. The TV is Android, but the internet is slow, so it can't connect. If you buy a deluxe room without AC, you have to climb stairs and have a squat toilet. I bought it for around 350,000 Rupiah, probably the high season price. Because I brought my parents, who have difficulty climbing stairs, I ended up changing to a family room downstairs and had to pay an additional room upgrade fee. If you don't want to climb stairs, you can choose a suite, located right in front of the car park.

I booked a suite for a nice, comfortable room. I recommend staying overnight, as breakfast is delivered to your room in the morning. Unfortunately, the hot water in the bathroom doesn't work.
