Amazing for the price segment

Great property for the price segment. We'll done

it was good

We have spent two nights at Captain hotel in Aquaba. Overall it was a comfortable big room, friendly staff, good breakfast. We used a swimming pool once, it was a little small and deep but good to cool down. Good value for your money, so we would recommend it.

Clean safe wonderful staff excellent location

noisy area. Windows do not filter noise from outside. a challenge to have a quiet sleep.

Nice place. Great location. Friendly staff. My only beef is the dumb role about not allowing guests to bring food in. Use your overpriced minibar? Thanks but no thanks. Why ruin the otherwise great qualities of the hotel? Breakfast is good and the nice staff working their are super and sweet.

Location great. Unfortunately an overpowering odour of stale cigarette smoke in our non smoking room..got moved..again stale cigarette smell. Uugghhh!

Staff very friendly, professional and helpful with a number of special requests. Nice breakfast and large room with sea view. Only complaints were the tiny shower and the daily wifi passwords that eventually stopped working.

The reception went out of their way to be helpful and were so pragmatic - for example, it made a huge difference being able to check in early. Overall the location and quality of the hotel means it is great value for money.

Staff very friendly went out of there way to help us, great food in the restaurant very good value. Outdoor Pool was a real bonus, would definitely go back.
