Very easy, courteous and helpful check-in. I was exhausted from a delayed flight, and they quickly had food delivered. The room is very large, a full suite. There was no heat, But they immediately brought up extra blankets. This is not a luxury hotel but I would highly recommend it for the professionalism of the staff

The structure is old and in need of serious renovations and upgrades. Staff is friendly and accommodating. Bed is clean and soft, Shower water hot. That is all I needed.

Was a good hotel close to shops and restaurants, staff were nice and helpful. I slept well even the room was next to the main road. Old furniture but it was OK gives the place a character.

I was surprised when I walked into my room to find it had a living room and separate bedroom and washroom. Very spacious and comfortable. Needs updating but for the price it's a great deal.

i would spend the night sleeping outside in the street than on that horrible place first staff become your enemies if you complaint about anything broken window, the bed sheet sheet smell like sweat, furniture that never being replace since the 1970s. Their ruin my vacation that was plan for two years and spent a lot of money going over there. After all that resume to refund money owe to me.Stay away from the orchid hotel and jordan everyone want to shake you for your money
