Nice room, good place to stay for a night

The room was huge. And it was even like an apartment with a separate kitchen and living area. But the room is basic. It has everything you need but it doesn’t feel luxurious in any way. I will say it is the most comfortable bed we’ve had our whole trip to the ME. The WiFi worked great. It was quiet. Don’t forget to push the switch for hot water or you’ll have a cold shower like I did. I’d definitely recommend if you don’t need frills. It’s clean and spacious and a great price. Nice staff too. Zero complaints.

Huge apartment! Excellent everything. Such a relief after cramped (expensive) hotel rooms for my husband, myself, and three kids. The attached restaurant next-door is fantastic. It’s full of locals because of the quality. The nighttime barbeque is delicious. We had quite a packed agenda, and having this large apartment with easy access to food was a perfect intermission between our Oman adventures.

This is where you should stay when you’re in town. Outstanding!

Clean rooms and kitchen equipped.

The hotel is well located, close to main road and a gas stations, with an attached restaurant. Lobby looks clean and neat but corridors have a very dirt and filthy carpet, need an urgent makeover and replacement. The room is actually a two-bedroom apartment that’s very spacious, with a large kitchen and big living room. The room itself is also spacious, and the bed was okay. However, the bathroom is a wet room, so there’s no shower enclosure. The towels are old and stained, and they need urgent replacement. Breakfast is very simple, not too many options. The area seems a bit dirty and not well maintained, tables with plastic cover. Overall it was OK for the cost, and for a short stay. I won’t recommend staying longer.

Our accommodation, a suite, was very spacious and comfortable. The breakfast, however, was low in quality compared to a lot of other hotels. It was unappealing and seemed an afterthought rather than a feature of the hotel. There was a pleasant coffee shop adjoining the lobby, with extended opening hours. The Zaki's location couldn't have been more convenient for visiting local sightseeing and the restaurant around the corner, if a little basic in comfort, served very good Indian food.

Decent accommodation in Sur. It’s a mixed bag—some parts of the hotel are very nice and modern, while others, including our room, are outdated. We stayed in a whole apartment, which was very spacious—far more than we needed for an overnight stay. The staff was nice and helpful, and while the breakfast was somewhat limited, it was good enough to start the day.

It's at a convenient location. Initial room allotted had a bad smell and cockroaches running around. We complained and they changed to a good room promptly. Room was nice and spacious and very clean even though the corridors weren't that great.

Great location, big rooms and clean Overall terrific. You can hear road noise though.

The quality of the finishing of the property is average. The furniture is quite basic.

Stayed for 2 nights whilst vsisitng Wadi Shab. Rates were very reasonable, room were a good size and there is a lovely coffee shop downstairs. Would highly recommend if you are in the area.

Great place to stay with family as well as alone. If cooking in room needed to ask for stuff but was provided immediately. Excellent house keeping service even late at night. Good breakfast. The attached restaurant food was excellent and very busy. Reception staff were cooperative. Will surely recommend to friends and family.

Upon arriving at the hotel (at 5pm by the way) my room was NOT ready but luckily for management I did not need the room urgently. I was woken up at 7 IN THE MORNING by eardrum-shattering drilling going on right next door but it felt as if they were drilling my skull. The breakfast was not impressive in the slightest. The "buffet" had at most 5 items with no variety whatsoever and the staff was virtually nonexistent.

Great, big apartment with lots of space for a family of four. Excellent restaurant next door.
