I liked the availability of a dorm at much lower cost than a single room. I did not like the fact that the AC was not operating in the dorm. Cleanliness was very good.

Water was cold... couldn’t have a decent shower. Room was cold... unit churned out lukewarm air and made a lot of noise. Had to turn it off & Abdallah (receptionist) was kind enough to bring us an electric heater. It was an extremely miserable 1 night stay. I only stayed because we arrived in the early hours & it was too late to try to find another hotel. Abdallah was wonderful, he provided snacks and did his best to make us comfortable. Phone did not work.

Staff were very helpful and pleasant and helped in every way. Good artwork all over, and nearby to St George historic church. Must fix room Wifi (as advertised).

Local hotel - don’t expect fancy rooms. Plain, but adequate rooms, breakfast edible, but plain. Air conditioning works (a must in summer). Staff knows enough English to communicate. Madaba is a small town. Supposedly near airport, but it is roughly equidistant to downtown Amman and a challenge to get to unless you use taxi. We arrived after midnight on a late flight, things were grubby and empty. In daytime, things were still run down and dusty, but Greek St George church is a small jewel, there is an area with tourist shops and a great restaurant down the street from church, Herat Jdoudna (spelling?). If you want a flavor of non-tourist and non-urban Jordan, give it a try.

The hotel was ok but the internet only works in the lobby. The door to room 318 was obnoxiously loud and the bathroom door got stuck. Then we had to ask for the hot water to be turned on and there were hairs on the sheets.

Only stayed one night before heading off on a road trip across Jordan! It was clean and comfortable! One of the staff provided useful information about road tripping across the country, especially weather conditions and ways to organise our journey to optimise our time!

The staff was amazing and they really tried to ensure that our stay was comfortable. The rooms were a little dusty. The space was roomy.

The Hotel is located in a street with the major Hotels of Madaba. I only stayed one night prior to taking the plane. As I had to leave very early I could not take breakfast. Although I was the only guest at the hotel (very low season) the staff was keen in providing good service. The hotel is close to the major sights of Madaba (a sporty person could walk to St. George Church (mosaic map) and the other historical sites).

Hotel with low staff. Breakfast is apparently served at 8:30. Lot of trash in front of the entrance and no one to help you with the luggages. There is not even a ramp to drag your luggage in. The remote control of the canle was not working neither was the internet connection.

Very good quality and value. Everything was spotless. The staff were very kind on check-in and check-out, thr level of service that would be expected at higher-end hotels. I echo some of the other reviews - there is a tremedous amount of noise the comes from the halls - i recommend being at the end off the corridor. Plus, breakfast could use a toaster and some water.

The staff was wonderful. Vicky, Waleed, Muhammad and Rolla were awesome. The entire staff went above and beyond. Would recommend to anyone. Returning in a few months and plan to stay there again. The only downside was the transportation they arranged for us. The driver, Fawaz didn't take us to all the places the hotel had arranged for us to go, but when we told the hotel staff they called him and renegotiated our rate. This was not their fault, yet they did everything to rectify the problem.
