I have a great visit at this place. People are incredibly kind . The service I received there made very special. If you are an American like me I really recommend this hotel . I have found there the service that we all expect at home .

Great hotel. There is a coffee shop directly connected to the hotel and the street has many cafes and stores nearby. Also close to the gold souks. Omar was a very kind receptionist and helped with our stay. Room service was always quick to answer and provide whatever we needed. Highly recommend— would come back again.

5 star apartments quick service no matter what you ask for

The hotel was nice enough for what it cost. It could use some updating, especially in the bathroom, but the beds were comfortable and there was ample space in the room. The food was just alright, not great. I really appreciated that there was a universal outlet in the bedroom. The only thing that I didn't like was that my bluetooth earbuds went missing from the room after my first full day. They were a relatively cheap pair, but that's still not something you want to happen.

It was a very good experience in terms of location , Amenities, Comfort, The friendly staff and the great food . Except that my credit card was frauded after paying for my staying there . I have received 2 charges for close to $900. Called the place to complain and asked for verification, They promised to investigate and get back to me but they never did . I hope this will be an issue that will be handled seriously in the future and to never happen again to no one else as it almost rewind my vacation .

the property is a little old with lacking maintenance. the thing that bothered us was that they don't have smoking free rooms. the lobby is very small, and people are allowed to smoke in it. the attendants and managers were very helpful and courteous. they allowed us to check out after staying the first night even though our reservation was for 16 days. the manager was so nice that he called us regarding medication we left behind and had it delivered to us at the new hotel we checked into without any charge. we recommend this hotel to those who are seeking less than 3 star hotel. very friendly and helpful staff/management.
