The air conditioning is very hot but the rest is good. The staff are lovely and the location is good.

I've stayed at this hotel many times and usually get an okay room, but this time I was quite disappointed. Despite arriving early and noticing the hotel was relatively quiet, I was given a room with no view, a stark contrast to previous stays where the rooms were much better. I still appreciate the hotel's convenience, but I hope the management will pay more attention to the details of room arrangements for regular guests in the future.

The hotel is clean. The staff is very good. The room is comfortable. The price is very good. It is near Sahathai shopping mall. It is easy to find coffee and food. I recommend it. I come here all the time. I always stay here.

There is not enough parking. You have to park at a reserved parking lot. You have to walk quite a distance. There is no shuttle bus.

Room 510, night 20/11/67, loud noise from upstairs, dragging table, chair, footsteps in the room, time 18:00-01:40!!! Note: Use the service every month, but this time is the worst.

It is inconvenient to have to pay a 500 baht deposit for the room, as the hotel does not accept it through a transfer system. It is not okay to choose to leave the card for the entire stay.

The female staff at the front desk has provided poor service many times already, not just the first time. And I stayed alone in the room but chose to stay next to the temple. How could they think of that? They didn't even ask if it was okay. I stay here every month, and this time I still had to stay in a room next to the temple. Very bad.
