The place doesn't match the photo and the tv can't change the channel.

Dirty toilets, poorly maintained rooms.

The place that is not clean enough to go in is dirty not to mention that the trash can is full and has not been removed when you first enter the room.

I ordered 3 rooms, at the beginning I was asked to book a room that was priced at Brark. The reason for this is that Traveloka does not confirm with the hotel if there is a booking. Then, as soon as I informed the price, the hotel gave a standard under my booking (no air conditioning). And if the air conditioner then the hotel shows the price at the reception. Even though my booking was an AC facility. I asked to see the room. Apparently does not fit the photo (dirty) less clean? So we decided not to stay and look for another hotel.

Coming to the hotel with my family at night, when I see the table there are cigarettes, the sheets are not replaced, the floor is still a lot of hair, when I enter the bathroom the condition is not better cm luckily the water is clean ... my suggestion might be to fix things already general convey ... very regretted because the first thing that guests must feel when entering the room is comfort and cleanliness ... thank you
