There was no staff there, so I didn't know anything about the procedures.
The check-in procedure was at another hotel far away, which was very inconvenient.
The entrance and bathroom doors all required a passcode, which I thought would be difficult for first-time guests or elderly people to use.
The free drinks were also difficult to understand, and I only realized it when I was leaving, and although they said I could help myself to drinks in the lobby, other guests were having a lively meal and I couldn't get in.
However, the room was clean, and I thought it was easy to use once you got used to it.
