Pros: The room is comfortable, although a bit cramped for one person. The toilet is quite clean. The location is close to the Okayama University campus. I received 600 yen cash back for not using the housekeeping service during my four-day stay. But don't worry, towels are changed daily by hanging them on the outside door of the room. Cons: The entrance has stairs, making it less suitable for wheelchair users or those with large suitcases. There's also no staff to help carry suitcases to the room. Breakfast and lunch/dinner are available, but the selection is limited, especially for Muslim travelers. Ultimately, I opted for vegetables. There was an unpleasant odor in the hallway when I went down to the first floor, which emanated from the toilet.
