I've stayed here many times and this is the best room I've ever had. Wi-Fi is good, no problem... Electricity is too, usually I have to buy a token. Also, fragrant towels, dish soap are provided, and there is soap even if we bring our own. There are complete tissues and I didn't use them because I brought them too. Mineral water is available and I didn't use it because I was already prepared with mineral water. Overall, the best, thank you tenant ❤️

The cleanliness needs to be improved, especially in the toilet area. Yesterday the toilet was slippery, so I was a bit worried because there were small children and elderly people there.

The room was very comfortable and clean. The service was also excellent and friendly. The room and apartment facilities were excellent and strategic. 👍 I'll stay here again next time, recommended for family trips.👍

I stayed here for four days yesterday and I would recommend this accommodation to everyone. I brought my parents to attend my younger sibling's graduation, which happened to be quite close to this accommodation. Because my parents' comfort was my priority, I decided to stay in an apartment, and I chose this accommodation. My parents said it was very comfortable, especially since they loved the kitchen, which was fully equipped with cooking utensils. There's also air conditioning in two of the rooms, unlike other accommodations where one room doesn't have air conditioning. The TV is an Android TV, allowing you to watch Netflix, YouTube, and more. The bathroom is clean, with a water heater, but I recommend adding a curtain to prevent the shower water from splashing out during your shower. The price is very reasonable. Check-in is self-checkout, as I didn't arrive until midnight. There's also a convenience store nearby, so buying daily necessities is very convenient. Thank you, AYA STAY, for providing excellent service. I'd love to stay here again next time I visit Bandung. Hopefully, the facilities will improve!

Extended one night here, for a total of 2 nights. It's a great choice if you want a vacation or staycation in Bandung. The room is clean, tidy, fragrant, and very comfortable. The kitchen is fully equipped with a water dispenser, refrigerator, soap, towels, extra blankets, pillows, and bed. Overall, it's very comfortable, the admin is also fast in responding, and check-in/out is also very easy. There are many room options, so if you're on vacation in Bandung with your family, this is the perfect place. Easy access everywhere, lots of food, and a minimarket is also available.

Oh my, I forgot to take pictures, huhu, sorry. One of the best “staycation Experience”. For a price that is not too expensive, the facilities are okay. The room is comfortable, clean, neat. Fast wifi, cold AC, fragrant sheets. Basically, if I come back to Bandung again, I think I will stay here. There are many types of rooms that can be chosen according to your needs. Oh, don't forget, this apartment's access to the city is also close, there are lots of culinary options, so you don't need to worry. And one more thing, Parahyangan Residence is one of the best apartments in Bdg. Thank you, AYA Stays. Next time I will definitely stop by again 🫶🏻

The admin's response and staff were very kind and helpful, especially when extending the lease to a different room. The rooms are spacious, clean, comfortable, and fully equipped. Our family really enjoyed and are grateful for the pleasant experience at this place. If we ever go to Bandung, this will be a priority for our family's stay.

The view is excellent, and the room is comfortable. Although it was slightly dusty and may benefit from a general cleaning, the overall stay was pleasant and enjoyable. Additionally, there are mini markets and a laundry service conveniently located in the lobby area of Papandayan Tower.

I really enjoyed staying here. This was my first time renting an apartment. It was very satisfying... the facilities were complete, including a gallon of mineral water with a dispenser, a refrigerator, a rice cooker, a stove and kitchen utensils, a microwave, air conditioning, a water heater, an iron, and a hair dryer... it felt like home. Seven of us rented three rooms, with three additional extras at no additional cost. Check-in and check-out were easy. The apartment was clean, and most importantly, the bathroom. Next time we staycation in Bandung, I'll definitely stay here again...
