This is the best hotel in Muara Bungo, but when I stayed there recently, there was a decline, the food was not very tasty, both in the restaurant and the cafe, it was not like before, the food was complete and tasty so there was no need to go out, you could just order at the hotel.

In terms of building and comfort, the hotel is ok, the front office staff are friendly.

Very clean and comfortable hotel, one input of AC is not cold enough

Maybe it's just bad luck, the AC is not cold in room 105, sleep is not good because of the heat. Order some dinner menus at the cafe are a bit salty. But overall good.

everything is clean, but the room next to the kitchen is noisy at night and in the morning, my children are scared and we can't sleep well either..

While staying in room 201 the wifi was always interrupted. I've reported it to the front office but it's still a problem or the technician hasn't followed it up if the WiFi problem is what makes it uncomfortable while staying in room 201. Thank you.

Nice, Spacious Room. Not comfortable because there are lots of mosquitoes. There were so many mosquitoes that I bought my own mosquito spray because it really disturbed my child's sleep.
