The hotel was generally quite nice, with clean and tidy rooms. However, it's a shame that neither the receptionist nor the security staff helped us with our luggage, even though we were having trouble with our kids. As for the food, I'd recommend adding a side dish that's not spicy so it's suitable for kids. Overall, it's quite good, just needs to improve the service and food. Thank you.

It's quite comfortable for a relatively low price. The only downside is the shared bathrooms; not all cubicles have faucets or sinks.

The hotel reception staff were extremely unfriendly! The morning shift staff on August 8th spoke rudely. They argued with me, even though I was only asking about morning check-in.

Overall it's good because my friend stayed there so I can't give much of a review.

Upon check-in, the receptionist informed us that breakfast would be served at 7:00 AM. However, by 7:16 AM, nothing was ready, so we ended up skipping breakfast.

1. The family room was nice and very comfortable. 2. There was a group of guests who had been chatting on the second floor since 4 am, which was very disturbing to other people while they were resting, and the hotel didn't reprimand them. 3. I initially booked a standard room through the app, but it turned out the bathroom was outside, and I didn't pay attention to the information. Because the photo showed a picture of the room and bathroom. Because of that, I was forced to upgrade to a family room. It would be better if there was a clear explanation so guests wouldn't misunderstand. The rest is good and recommended. Thank you.

The staff was very friendly, the rooms were clean and comfortable. If I come to PKU again, I'll definitely stay here again 😍
