The location is great, but the room itself was terrible. The pictures make the room look good, but upon closer inspection, there are numerous problems. The door doesn't close fully on its own, the light over the main area of the room didn't work, and I had a lot of light switches which did nothing. There were some bags of something left on the balcony. The one good thing Ican say about this Place was that the area around it was perfect, you had a quick way into the city and a lot of shops around when you needed something

Was great, but the company never sent me a pin to access my apartment and there was no number to call. I had to rely on the goodwill of another company to help in Polish. It was a right faff at the end of a long day travelling. This is app based, so send the pin and WiFi code in the app…. Simple.

The host never responded to my request to provide the code to check in to the room. I wasn’t able to use the place and now I have trouble getting responses to receive a refund. Terrible experience which put me in a situation where I had to book a different place and wasn’t able to use Varsovia Comfort.

The hearing was not working. At night it was cold while it stood in 30°c. Overal the Stay was good.
