We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Everything was spotless and very well maintained which made the experience even more comfortable. The staff were incredibly friendly and always ready to help with anything we needed. The location is excellent. There is a metro stop just around the corner making it easy to get around the city. A supermarket is conveniently located across the street. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!

I have checked in for the Winter Olympic Games and have had the best service from Waleed who checked me in and is always around to help. The rooms are very neat and clean with a great terrace view. Location is perfect so Claude to Milano and Loretto Metro station. I would really recommend staying here thank you Waleed he’s the best manager! Ciao Vincent Gazzoli.

The walls are made of drywall. You can hear everything that’s going on in the neighboring room, especially when children are screaming! The floors in the hallway creak. I barely managed to get the front desk to ask the neighbors to keep it down. It almost turned into a fight! Then a front desk “robot” came to the room and, while looking me straight in the eyes with a surprised expression, said that he couldn’t hear any noise at all — at the exact moment the child was screaming. He simply tried to make a fool out of me. I regret leaving him a generous tip before checking in. A terrible experience. I do not recommend this place to anyone. Trust me, it’s better to pay double than to go through something like this. Choose your hotels carefully and don’t make the same mistake I did.

I stayed at Hotel Aurelia for a quick city break and honestly, I was impressed. The location is super convenient—literally a 2-minute walk from Loreto metro, which made getting around Milan a breeze. The staff was super friendly and helpful, and I could tell the hotel is under new management—they’re clearly trying to improve everything.
