The walls are made of drywall. You can hear everything that’s going on in the neighboring room, especially when children are screaming! The floors in the hallway creak. I barely managed to get the front desk to ask the neighbors to keep it down. It almost turned into a fight!
Then a front desk “robot” came to the room and, while looking me straight in the eyes with a surprised expression, said that he couldn’t hear any noise at all — at the exact moment the child was screaming. He simply tried to make a fool out of me.
I regret leaving him a generous tip before checking in. A terrible experience. I do not recommend this place to anyone. Trust me, it’s better to pay double than to go through something like this. Choose your hotels carefully and don’t make the same mistake I did.
