Although the hostess is very enthusiastic and cute, I will list some practical advantages and disadvantages according to my experience for everyone to consider + Personal hygiene items such as shampoo, shower gel, stove are available bathroom, refrigerator, microwave + Soft pillows like a hotel + Clean rooms, no musty smell - Located in a very old degraded HAGL apartment building. There is a newer, better apartment built next door, so the apartment looks even older - There is no car parking space for guests. Had to leave it outside the gate - When I arrived, Qui Nhon was extremely hot, but due to the residents of the lower floor reflecting that the air conditioner was leaking something, even though the air conditioner was not damaged, we were not allowed to turn on the living room air conditioner. Living in an apartment for easy gatherings outside the living room, but it's hot so it's bearable - The living room TV is also broken. There were a few hours left when we checked out, then the damaged TV brought it back - Suggested to the owner that we came to hang out, but she kept calling like that to open the door for residents to see, let the repairman come in. install the TV, turn this on and off the other like that. We do not have to rent a room for a long-term stay, but only stay for 1 night to go out and relax. Hope you fix it for the next customers
