Beautiful decor, comfy beds, clean and lots of room. Secure and convenient!

Condo was absolutely beautiful! Will definitely be booking again

We stayed 4 nights with our children. I’m leaving a review mostly for those with little ones traveling. The street down below can get really noisy. It woke up our baby a few times even with a sound machine ( and being on the 6th floor.) I also wish this place had black out curtains… the entire place was bright as the sun came up & at night can see dim lights from the street outside. I’m so glad I reserved a parking spot in the garage ahead of time, especially with children. It just felt a little safer parking there too. It was a bit pricy, but worth it instead of trying to figure out parking somewhere else. I do think the title of this property “gorgeous condo” is a bit misleading as the condo looks a lot better in pictures than in person. It was spacious for our family to sleep but that’s about it.

I called for an extra blanket and they said they don’t give out extras when it was 3 of us and it was only 1 blanket!!then called for extra towels couldn’t get them either!!

Bathroom needs shelves for soap or WASH CLOTH inside of shower.

I was completely satisfied with the condo in general. My only concerns were the shower head was coming apart, the ironing board was taking up half of the bedroom closet because it couldn't be folded, and a screw came out of one of the dining area chairs. Otherwise everything was perfect.

Loved the property. The only suggestion I would give is better directions to the parking garage. That was hard to find

The property is fine. It is an old building which has been renovated. The pictures make it seem much nicer than reality. There were water stains on the ceiling in the living space. The coffee pot didn’t coffee well. It wasn’t awful, wasn’t great. They jacked up prices for the Eras tour concert and it was what it was. Access to the French quarter and the super dome is fantastic, all within walking distance. Getting in and out of the building is easy.

The property was fairly clean. The building seemed safe. We chose this rental because it had a kitchen and thought we could save on food costs. The kitchen was horribly appointed. There were 4 plates, bowls, saucers, and a handful of glasses. Most of the cabinets were empty. There was a coffee maker, blender, cutting board, and colander. There was a set of pots/pans. That was it. No mixing bowls, measuring cups, cookie sheets or oven bakeware. No containers to store stuff. The place seemed very basic and furnished with cheap stuff. The mirror in the bedroom was a 9.99 Walmart mirror leaning in the corner. The shower was open, so water went everywhere during a shower. With very little effort, the owners could make this a great place vs. average. Hosteva did call and offer to bring over extra stuff if we needed it.

The entrance was hard to find for door dash people, and then they couldn’t park outside the building easily so we ended having to go down to them. (Not a huge deal) The bed was a firm memory foam mattress which is not what I would recommend having in an hotel or the like. Something neutral would be better because firm in my experience is not the common use for people. Other than that I would stay here again.

The room was great with the only exception was the circuit breakers kept popping. I heard others had the same issue. TV options could have been better as well. No sports channel options.

My wife and I enjoyed our stay! The condo was great, there are plenty of dining options close by. Most of the attatractions are within walking distance.

Great price for such a central locations. Easy walk to quarter and canal st. streetcars. Spacious, modern furniture, great natural light. Nice firm matress in bedroom. Would totally stay here again.

Very nice location - close to business district, french quarter and superdome. The building is old and the condos hastily flipped - the stick on flooring is coming up in multiple places and the road noise through closed windows is quite loud, even on the 6th floor.

Wonderful location to explore the nearby French Quarter! A strolly station is directly on the side of the building and it is only one block to Canal Street with even more trollies. It's an older building, but it has all you need: game room, elevators, secured entrance. The apartment has been well equipped with coffee maker, toaster, water kettle, huge fridge - a full kitchen. Internet connection was stable.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the property. There was an incident with my door code but that was resolved. Other than that I found property staff to be very responsive and accommodating. I would certainly recommend anyone stay here if possible and I would rebook anytime I'm in NOLA.
