Parking is difficult

Smaller room.. photo they have shown beach view is fake..

Refresh was not done after 3 days and the excuse they gave is “system issue “ which is unacceptable. I stayed for 5 nights with 2 kids and imagine staying there for 6 days without refresh and there was no communication from their side. The property is okay, not that great. Parking is very inconvenient which is 2 blocks away. Non stick pans are very old and crusty and looks like not replaced for years.

really nice stay for a short trip! easy check in. front desk staff was very helpful. bathroom was super nice, but a little small! it wasn’t an issue for me, though. the free parking was only 5 minutes, and having that included was great. also, lots of quick fast food places close by. definitely recommend for the price! also had a cute patio out front! i think for shorter trips this is a really great choice!

If you have an adventurous spirit and are a flexible person then look no further than the Baybreeze Apartments for your next stay in Miami Beach. The Baybreeze is a sweet, charming and rustic place situated in an excellent location. Staff member Daria was amazing! Very warm, welcoming and authentic. I will be staying here on my next visit.

We had a good experience overall. A bit small for 3 people, but we made the best of it. Staff was hospitable and areas were clean and tidy.

I would save this location and next visit; will definitely be staying again. Meets all the basics and has a lot of nearby places to wxplore
