Stayed here over the Festival weekend. Hanger Down House is just south of Arundel and a lovely 20 minute walk into the middle of Arundel. Alison is a lovely welcoming host. The 3 en-suite rooms are in a wing of the family home. Alison made us an amazing full English breakfast every morning in the guest only private breakfast room. Our room was on the ground floor with 3 large windows, this was a very spacious double with a dressing table, leather sofa, fridge with tea making facilities & tv. The en suite was a good size with a lovely walk in double shower, Alison provides toiletries too. The accommodation is on a very quiet country road with a large garden with table/chairs to sit and watch the sun go down with a glass or two of wine! Would 100% stay here again and recommend to family & friends. Thanks Alison for a lovely stay.

Lovely stay at Hanger Down House! Breakfast was great. Host friendly and welcoming. We went to The Pig, which was lovely and only a 15 minute cab ride away.

Lovely spot to base ourselves while exploring Arundel (and to ask a very important question of my Partner while there). The owners were friendly and breakfasts were superb. The room was spacious, clean and warm while the garden is a restful setting to enjoy a drink. Would highly recommend this B&B to anyone looking for a base to explore the area.

Room was upgraded on arrival. Nothing as too much trouble. Beautiful room. Excellent breakfast. R ally close to Arundel and a short drive to Chichester. Would definitely stay again and highly recommend!

Awful! I can't review the accommodation as we were not permitted to go in. Nobody was there to receive us when we arrived, so we waited outside. When the owner did appear, she told us off for not telling her exactly when we would arrive, even though she had told us to check in after 2.00 pm and we arrived at 3.00 pm. There was no welcome nor concern for guests who had journeyed on a cold winter's day. She was so hostile we left her to do whatever was more important than looking after guests. She even tried to keep our Fee, but Expedia sorted out the refund for us. A dreadful experience.

We stayed for 3 nights for a short half term break and we’re made to feel very welcome by Alison. We stayed in the room downstairs which was spacious, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was excellent and facilities were great. We would definitely stay again.
