This a small working farm with I believe 3 rooms at for the bed and breakfast. The building was build in 1740. The rooms were clean and comfortable and we even had a private bath. The owner was absolutely amazing, she was friendly accommodating gave us many suggestions to place to se in the area. My wife said she would come back to England just to stay here. We loved this place

Janet met us when we arrived and was very helpful and friendly. The building is set in a working farm, but is well maintained and comfortable. Room was cosy, shower was great.

Great location and views on a working farm. Comfortable accommodation and very good breakfast. Friendly and helpful hostess. Reasonably convenient for nearest town, New Forest and other places to visit.

Lovely location, really enjoyed our stay, great hosts, amazing breakfast and we got to see some baby goats born the previous day what more can you ask for.

The accommodation was spotlessly clean, room was spacious as was the bathroom.Breakfast was fabulous, so much choice. Nothing was too much trouble for our lovely host Janet, she really looked after us. We would wholeheartedly recommend a stay at this farm and hope to return one day.

Lovely location, very welcoming and accommodating host, very clean, good sized room with spotless bathroom. Huge and delicious breakfast cooked to order. Be aware, it is a working farm, so real life goes around, but if you enjoy that as we do, it's a great place to stay.

The bed was so comfortable and the cooked breakfast was wonderful.

Really enjoyed staying at Thorpe Farm, Sandle Heath, quiet country surroundings with just the cows and woodpeckers sounds to wake up to. Comfy bed, spacious en-suite room, delicious breakfast and thoughtful kind host. Couldn’t ask for more- hope to stay again soon and recommend unreservedly- thank you

Charming working farm with room overlooking countryside. Well furbished clean ensuite room. Tea coffee and biscuits also provided in the room. Breakfast was superb good choice locally sourced in gredients. Janet our host was friendly and helpful.

Thorps Farm is a delightful place to stay, very comfortable rooms, a private garden to sit and listen to the birds and Janet cooks a fabulous breakfast with locally sourced produce. Janet is a kind and attentive host who shares her beautiful family home. We would highly recommend staying here.

A traditional Bed and Breakfast experience, staying in a three hundred year old farm house down a winding lane. Hosts very attentive and an excellent breakfast of locally sourced produce.

great welcome and service from owner. room and breakfast great. The farm was on the edge of the village but no easy walks from the farm. I felt I needed the car for any activity. it was unfortunately the main road in Fordingbridge was closed to traffic for my stay , this was not an issue long term for the property but did affect my stay.

Really enjoyed our stay at Thorps farm. Beautifully clean from with everything we needed. Delicious breakfast options in the morning too. Will happily return if we need to stay in the area again!

Superb host and beautiful property. Set in the midst of a working farm it is a delight. Sadly had to cut trip short due to my daughter being unwell (nothing to do with the Farm just to be clear) but highly recommend Thorps Farm if you’re looking for a bit of RnR

The room was clean, comfortable and the owner is very friendly and accommodating. If, at any time in the future I am visiting Fordingbridge, I would definitely stay at 'Thorps Farm B&B'.
