The hotel was well maintained and in a safe area. Our room was very clean. The breakfast was enjoyable and tasty.

So, at checkin I was charged again for the room after paying hotels.com because the receptionist erased the card number on file provided by you all. After spending 2 hours on the phone and at the front desk, this finally got taken care of.

Comfortable beds, clean and convenient

Warsaw is a lovely little hidden gem by Winona Lake and this hotel is convenient to it all!

All the staff we interacted with were friendly and happy to provide assistance. My wife and I found all the facilities we used at the hotel to be clean and well kept. The pool was a great oasis after a hot humid day in Warsaw and Winona Lake area.

Just want to say the lady who was keeping the breakfast bar stocked was really working her tail off. So many people and pretty much by herself. One of the managers came to her rescue to help but wow, yes, she really was working extremely hard to keep try to keep up.

We stopped for the night and were exhausted. This hotel exceeded our expectations. The room was beautifully cleaned and the beds were heavenly. Our lady who checked us in was fast efficient and so friendly.

This is my second stay in a little over a month. I liked it well enough to try it again and was not disappointed.

I found that the water pressure for the toilet on the 4th floor wasn’t very good.

This is our third time staying here. It is newer, so everyrhing is still in good shape, clean, etc. The breakfast is great and saves our family of 6 some $$$.

There were several options for places to stay in Warsaw. I’m glad I chose this one. The front desk staff and breakfast hostess were all friendly and helpful. Everything was clean and it was nice and quiet. I’ll plan to make this my go-to place when I’m in the area.

Safe area, kind staff

Poorly run compared to similar hotels and other hotels in the area. Room had one set of towels, no washcloths, no bath mat. Coffee machines in the lobby were not working when we checked in, and the night shift clerk did not know how to fix them; I assume that was another day shift task left unfinished. Bathroom sink was not clean around the edges or a long the top of the backsplash. Enamel is peeling off the bottom of the tub. The key cards deactivated every day (not just for us - others had the same issue). Fridge was dirty on all the inside edges. Looked for the two day shift managers to get towels, and both were gone from the desk, not in the offices or the laundry room. They were snotty with me for stepping back to call and look for them. Offices were wide open, desk was wide open. No bell or sign indicating a return time. Just not a place I will stay again.
