This was an awful and unsafe experience. The plumbing system is a mess, with water backing up into the shower due to a likely shared drain blockage. Despite showing clear evidence, the owner was rude, dismissive, and refused to fix it, blaming the tenants instead. Even worse, we and other tenants were trapped inside the flat for over an hour because the only entrance door was stuck. We had to shout for help until the owner arrived late. Previous tenants had already reported this issue, but it was neglected. Imagine being trapped during a fire – it’s terrifying to think about. This property is poorly maintained, and the owner’s disregard for safety and tenant concerns is appalling. Avoid at all costs.
