Lovely hotel with lovely spacious rooms and lovely food though limited food choices. Excellent service from all the staff. The only thing I could have loved to improve on is a faster shower water pressure.

Stayed one night for work, staff super attentive. Happy to put Rugby on the large TV near the bar

Front desk staff were very friendly. Bar staff were great. Food was good and quick would stay again.

Friendly and helpful staff. Cheap parking. Great breakfast. A/C & heating was not obvious to control to heat heat and would often switch entirely off even while we were in the room. Evening food was a bit disappointing.

Good. We had problems with the heating system and didn't want to ask the staff to much. Apart from that the stay was great.

Amazing stay

Parking on site a bit limited but there is overflow parking down the street and vast public car park over the road

When we arrived, they noticed my mum was in a wheelchair and got us a really nice disabled access room to make life easier 😀

This Holiday Inn is perfectly situated for the town centre of Barrow, and also numerous businesses nearby. It's clean, the staff are excellent and the addition of the Chromecast in every room is also a bonus when you have a long stay. My only criticism would be the coffee, and the lack of options such as a fried egg at breakfast - I appreciate the latter is because of the Express brand, but the coffee supplier should be changed.

Lovely place to get our heads down

Limited parking directly near hotel as its a busy spot. A short walk to overflow thats has a £2 charge. Expensive hotel for where it is feeding off off the BaE need for staff and accomodation; in par with most other places in surrounding area...i needed this as emergency due to sick parent rushed to hospital as couldnt stay at my parents house- too many people there...not a cost I wanted to incurr at this time but had no choice. Barrow is an expensive place to visit. Room clean, bed too soft for me but thats a personal choice. Staff were very friendly, polite and professional. Breakfast is nice, fresh and there is enough choice for most people. Overall a mass expense to visit in such difficult circimstances but had to be done. Place is central and staff are lovely.

We were there for Dave Day weekend. Hotels was a great location. Staff friendly.

Very comfortable stay. Would highly recommend it.
