Seeing that condition, I immediately checked out and moved to another hotel.

Wet floors, smelly bathroom, dirty blankets, dirty sheets, no taste of air conditioning at all, hot.

Dirty toilets have no water and leftover trash. Dirty pillow sheets. Lots of trash in front of the room.

Great place to stop, already 2x

The room is not clear, the receptionist is not there.

The rooms are good but unfortunately there is no soap, slow wifi, only 1 towel

Sorry the bathroom has no equipment, there is no drinking water, it is not replaced. Already the baggage is expensive but the service is lacking. please fix it. the bathroom here pays handsomely.

Bathroom lacks privacy, the bulkhead hole is not closed at all. only 1 towel, lack of cleanliness.

The power went off from 6 am until check-out time.

Not satisfactory in terms of service and facilities. The water died from the night until I checked-out in the morning, finally did not take a shower and resisted urinating. During the morning check-out the receptionist was not in place until I had to wait very long out of nowhere, even though I also had to catch the train. The rooms are not clean, and the conditions around the hotel are dirty with lots of rubbish. It is true that price determines quality, but is it worth it to such a minimum, hopefully it gets better.

The room is not clean. bed linen not replaced. Dirty bathroom. Unfriendly service.

Great as my expectation.. well stay, well service, well cleanliness

Trash (used toothbrush, toothpaste wrap and used soap) in the toilet was not cleaned from the previous guest. Toiletries are not provided.

TV remote control was broken, warm water didn't work, room was dusty, and there were no toiletries.

For the comfort of the room is good, please pay more attention to cleanliness of the trash in the room for days there is no clerk cleaning.

Enough for a traveler who needs downtown lodging.

When checking in the water is not alive, and has to wait a long time because it is under repair.

Like the previous review. I chose to stay back at Ale Homestay because of satisfying service, a comfortable place and easy to reach from anywhere.

As I was expecting.. The room was very cozy & clean, all staff were very helpful and nice. Got fried rice for our breakfast that was so delicious..
