Highly not recommended due to the lack of toiletries, towels, dirty and torn sheets that appear to have not been changed, the TV not working, the AC remote control not working, and the mattress being unusable. The staff was also lacking in friendliness. This is in contrast to motels in Puncak that are similarly priced but clean and comfortable.

I booked through the app, paid with the app rate, and when I arrived at the office, I was still charged the office price. So, the app price was just a ploy to lure us in with a cheap price. When I arrived, there were two rooms. One was locked, and I don't know what was inside, and I couldn't open it because it was locked. That night, the locked room made noises from 1 a.m. to 5 a.m. The bathroom was dirty, the walls were dirty, and the shower faucet leaked. When I used it to spray my clothes, my guests came home wet. The bed, sheets, and blanket were dirty with brown spots, as if they hadn't been changed. And it smelled musty. The AC wasn't cooling. I checked out 15 minutes late and was charged 50,000 Rupiah. I'm fed up and won't be staying here again.

The AC cannot be split, so it must be manually propped up with paper so that it can point towards the room.

Staff service is okay, but swimming pool facilities cannot be used

The rooms are ugly, there are empty rooms, lots of animals, broken doors, broken TVs, and dirty bathrooms. If possible, don't check in here.

The place is nice, beautiful, natural and very comfortable.

I booked 2 rooms, 9th floor no. 39 is very dirty, smells of garbage, dirty sheets with lots of holes from cigarettes, lots of dead cockroaches, broken toilet bidet. 3rd floor no. 11 is dirty, the water heater doesn't work, the toilet bidet leaks, there's no TV remote, and there are no channels at all. Please pay attention to the cleanliness and facilities of the apartment. Thank you.

Can I use it as a stopover?

As soon as you exit the elevator, you'll be greeted by a musty, pungent smell. When you enter the room, it's dirty (it hasn't been cleaned in a long time), the bathroom drain is clogged, the bathroom area is dirty, the TV is just a display, the AC only blows air, and the balcony is littered with cigarette butts. Hopefully this will be a point of evaluation. Please clean the room first before giving you the key. Sorry. Thank you.

Paying that price is not worth it, no towels, need a deposit, broken TV, no Wi-Fi for hot water to turn on, and not okay.

Got it in tower A, 16th floor. The room was very dirty, it was really not worth renting. The mattress was so badly damaged that it was about to break, there was no foam left, only the springs were piercing through the wound. The sheets looked like they hadn't been changed, they were very dirty, smelly, and dusty. The bathroom smelled of urine. Complaints about the room to the receptionist were ignored & immediately approved my request to check out (without offering the option of changing rooms). Not meaning to criticize but please improve the staff & maintenance of each room. At least before guests enter the room, check whether it is still suitable for use or not.

Overall, the impression is good. However, many parts of the bedroom and bathroom (e.g., wallpaper, walls, windows) are dirty and dull, e.g., wallpaper is peeling, the sink is dirty and starting to come off the wall, the pillows are old and discolored/stained.

there are no facilities in the room

It's quite comfortable, close to Alfamart, so it's easy to get to anything you need. It's just a short walk to Aeon Mall and also a short walk to Sentul traditional market.

Hotel staff did not help when having difficulty getting in the elevator, the water in the room was off.
