No drinking water provided, dirty room, not recommended to stay again. Really bad. It feels sad

I booked a deluxe studio room but was given a standard studio and what was worse was that I was transferred to the wrong hotel because I ended up going home at 3 am because they sold the room I booked, meaning it wasn't available. Apartment nya lucu kali, bed nya lebih besar dari ukuran pintu. Jadi pintunya gakbisa dibuka. Respon chat pengelola lama, dibiarin kita menunggu sampe sejam. Jadi kalo mau inap di sini sebaiknya banyak bersabar. Saran buat pengelola tingkatkan pelayanan jangan nunggu customer kesal ntar bilangnya komen jelek mematikan usaha kalian. Tapi ini buat memotivasi biar lebih baik jangan sampai customer setelah saya ikutan menyesal.
