What an unpleasant experience, first the front desk was not very welcoming, next, guests were not escorted and shown their rooms, then towels were not given without asking, guests had to take them by going back to the lobby, the attitude of the staff on duty was poor, answering guests' questions gave the impression that they didn't need guests , even asking about the facilities of the nearest mosque, the officers seemed very unprepared to be frontline service officers, input for the owner, even though we pay cheaply, prepare friendly officers, the AC is not functioning well, there is no solution when complaints are submitted,

Cheap cheap, when I checked in I asked for another 20 thousand per night, I had to check the wifi back and forth with the guard but it still couldn't be used, the tube TV was on but there was no broadcast, the bathroom only had a faucet working for the toilet, the third day 2 nights, the room was banged on at 12 noon by the girl who was guarding because I thought it was only for one night, it turned out she was the one who was the girl because I booked it for 2 nights. The only good thing is that the sheets feel soft and good for sleeping & the sturdy door can be locked so it's safe, especially from the guard girl 🤣.

Payment via hotel payment was not appropriate, the application was confirmed at 94,000. Once at the hotel, the officer said it was a wrong payment, so we had to pay 160,000. Very very disappointing.

It's better to just look for another hotel.

Lumayan untuk tempat istirahat cuma kamarnya agak sempit dan air di kamar mandi tergenang ke lantainya tidak rata plus banyak semut jadi ga bisa nyimpen makanan sembarangan. Lumayan dapat sabun dan handuk. Sarung bantalnya juga bersih. AC nya juga dingin. Tapi gak ada air panasnya buat mandi. Adminnya pelit banget senyumnya, but its recommended to stay.

No drinking water, tissue shampoo, only soap, no hot water either.

Comfortable, clean and affordable. Order 2 rooms, unfortunately one drain is not smooth. Then there is only one towel in one room.

The fan is very small and the toothbrush is not given and the toothpaste is also very thin 😢 no aqua is given, the basics are lacking.

The place is comfortable … clean like it, maybe next time I can stay here again.
