I enjoyed my stay at this hotel. Great food and staff.

I did not like that I Paid for a room with 2 beds and got a room with one bed and sofa bed. Sofa bed was very uncomfortable and my family and I had to wait until the next day to get the right room. That was a big turn off. I love breakfast, always good.

I would give the Terra Nova 3 stars. The main reason for this lower rating was the state of the bathroom, the toilet had a clear seal applied right over a layer of black grime, leaving it looking absolutely dirty. For a high-end hotel, I definitely expected a much higher standard of cleanliness and attention to detail.

Rooms need upgrading! Breakfast was superb Staff above first class!

Great hotel for Business Travel.

I enjoyed my stay at Terra Nova. The hotel is a former great house hence some of the details appears to be “vintage”. It’s clean, friendly staff and a wholesome Jamaican breakfast. I would definitely stay here again

Terra Nova always delivers on great customer service, clean accommodations and amazing food. This visit though brief was no exception.

The staff is incredible and they work well with the limited tools given. The room was fairly clean until we had to make up the pull out sofa. There was rust, bugs and the springs were exposed. It was too bad to even consider letting my child sleep on it.

Beautiful property. Odd placement of the check in desk - steps. No one at the front entrance to help with my suitcase (I arrived in the evening). Breakfast was ok, it wasn’t hot, eg. the escovitch fish was cold. The flavors seemed to have been toned down on the Jamaican local breakfast items. The liver tasted really good and the pineapple juice. Very close to Devon House but quite a drive to the airport. They do not offer airport shuttle service. At checkout asked for a taxi to be called for airport, waited about 15-20 minutes. Nothing. I went outside and asked the concierge about it, he went back in to the reception desk then said one should be here shortly, another 10minutes. Apparently the young lady never called for one.

One of my favorite hotels on the planet ❤️ And it's all because of the staff and they deliver every single time. I'm here at least once a year for the last 20 years. They make it magic everytime.

Awesome place

The food was OK. Need more variety for breakfast had the same Menu for breakfast every morning. The grounds were beautiful the rooms not so much had mold in the bathroom stayed for a week on two separate reservation. I switched to a different room type on the second reservation. Forgot my watch in the safe when I switched rooms, spoke to the front desk and the GM up-to-date my watch has still not been returned, Was told by the GM that they are doing an investigation. since checking out no one has contacted me. Would not recommend this property.

Staff were very hospitable. Can’t wait to be back.

The Staff. Abigail, Devon and Humphrey. Made me feel at home. That’s why Terra Nova is my go to when I go to Kingston. Breakfast amazing. Atmosphere great. Staff 2nd to None.

The room smells bad like the carpet never has been cleaned

Breakfast was fresh , wide variety. Parking was safe.

This hotel is deteriorating- once by far the best in Kingston, it is now looking tired and many of the staff are now offering much poorer service than they used to. Breakfast has deteriorated with very slow service and borderline rudeness. A sharp improvement is needed or I will have to find an alternative hotel for my regular stats in Kingston.
