The manager of this property was extremely uncommunicative . Despite booking the Villa a day in advance , the Villa manager contacted me via voicemail to inform me that my booking was cancelled . This was after 3 pm the following day ., so I had a complete meltdown that expedia coiuld allow this sort of occurrence .There was no courtesy of a telephone call. I will certainly never recommend or book any property from Villa Azul .

Poor communication. The property had roaches. What was promoted in the booking was not made available(airport transportation and free breakfast).

If you 're tired of the same ole same ole all inclusive hotels that keep you in a little touristy bubble this is the way to go . Our experience here was the best we have has travelling to Jamaica. This is a house is located in a gated community within a community with real Jamaican neighbors.It was extremely quiet and private and besides a few people jogging in the mornings we hardly saw anyone. The neighbors we met at the pool were very friendly and warm. Beautiful community! The house itself was a three bedroom two bathroom home clean and nicely decorated. There's also a washing machine.AC in the bedrooms and lots of fans in the rest of the house. The only thing I would say is there is no front desk so read the instructions they send shortly before your stay and call or text via whats App if you need to get in touch. Communication can be a little slow since its not a 24hr desk setup so get in touch early to clarify anything. The caretaker were very accommodating to our requests and we will definitely stay here again.

Great property. Very clean and spacious . The pool is within walking distance. I enjoy my 5 days here
