I had a really nice room and housekeeping and staff was very polite and efficient

Everything was great . Wifi in room didnt work. My room need a little updating. I will be back soon.

Bad internet service. The AC didn't work

Staff friendly and helpful.

Checked in the room had flying mosquitos etc all in the room had to buy bug spray. The kitchenette ate was not cleaned at all. I had to spray for the ant insects. Nightlife and scenery is okay. We arrived no towels, soap was given. Second night no WiFi at all so if you looking for comfort not the place. Service is not that great. For the price they should atleast make sure the room is stocked with things every guest should have if this place is a resort.

I always go here to get away from the crowded tourist areas and this place delivers very well and the food is great also.

Roots is a cool rustic property with a amazing VIBE, bar and beach. Will be my new go to spot in Negril!!!!!

I love the different room themes

This was my 3rd stay at Roots. Loved it everytime. The staff are brilliant. Especially Opia and Matthew who go out of their way to make you comfortable. Mon, Wed ànd Friday nights are free party nights there. The place was rocking! Loved it n thanks again RB youll be seeing me and mine again soon.

I have always loved Roots Bamboo. I really appreciate the upgrades and new amenities to the property.
