Very nice property but needs more attention and TLC Can use some updating

The staff is very rude and was not helpful. They stated since we made the reservation on Expedia, we received a discount. Additionally the AC in the room started to leak and requested another room. The staff gave us a difficult time. Our original room did not even have a clothing iron. Additionally the internet gave issues and when ask the staff was not helpful and rude. I would not recommend this is hotel at all. This hotel was was downside of my vacation.

The room was clean and kept clean during our stay. The staff - amazing people!!!! It is a very scenic spot! Breakfast was great; dinner, not so much.

The room was generally in good condition, though there was a slight musty smell upon entering. Overall, it was fine, but a bit overpriced for the quality. One downside was that booking through Expedia meant we didn’t qualify for the complimentary breakfast, which felt unfair. That said, it provided what we needed — a roof over our heads — and served its purpose. I wouldn’t choose to stay here again unless necessary. I’d give it three stars, mainly because the ocean view was beautiful.

Room, staff, amenities and getting someone after hour for blanket. After 7:00pm. you have to waiting until the office is open for anything.

The staff member was terrible and rude. The office was close at 7:00pm with no one to call for anything. You were on your own. The continental breafast was free in the morning the only thing the staff eat first, and if anything is left over you will feed you. You couldn't paid me to stay at this hotel again. The ceiling was leaking sewer and broke out. There were no water in the room consistenly for 4 days. and a lot more.

No help was offered to get heavy luggage up the steep steps to the 2nd floor.

No Wi-Fi service in the room. The television don’t work. No radio. No clock. No phone in the room or hall ways to reach the front desk. Staff running cable wire 7pm in my room while I’m eating dinner. Staff never know what kind of food in the kitchen. I wouldn’t stay there again.

It’s a very basic no frills property, not suitable for anyone with mobility issues, due to the stairs and lack of lifts (elevators).

There were 2 nights with loud music coming from another property I assumed it was young people enjoying themselves. Other than that I loved my room, the view, and the customer service. I definitely recommend it and I be back.

The room was very clean, friendly staff, the food was good.

The room and bathroom was really clean, the staff were friendly and helpful, the view was excellent and the area quiet and peaceful. I did not really like the little corner from the dinning area to the room but its a simple matter for a decorator to add some aesthetics To make this property very excellent breakfast should be added to the package.

Check in process was really easy and the staff was really nice and accomdating to my request.

Hotel is older needs renovation, beds are comfortable staff is ok property is well kept, that port maria area is very beautiful.
