The stay was not too good, the rooms were unclean, roaches every where and lights had shortage issues causing them to flicker. The housekeepers were rude, knocking on our door like the police, asking us if we’re leaving or staying when we still had 15-20 min before check out.

Really nasty. Roaches, vomit, dust, dirt. We were so exhausted, we just went to sleep and left super early.

Good experience overall, easy check in and check out process, convenient location with many food options and stores around. Also friendly staff and the room was clean and comfortable.

The staff and the manager were amazing and friendly. I was happy alot of things to eat around for my soldier to indulge. Price was good.

I arrived at facility a strong smell of weed (maijuana) check in was smooth front desk van helped me. She was awesome. Got to room and roaches greeted us and scattered. The sink plus didn’t work, sheets dirty visibly, mini fridge was dirty, I killed roach on wall and said no I cannot. Location was good area but I only stayed 10 minutes and checked out. I have German roach sensitivity so was not staying.

Nice hotel

Everything was fine. Nice enough for a couple nights, but will try some place else next time we are in the area. Decent for the price.

This place was disgusting. The bathroom counter and floor was dirty. There was hair everywhere. The tub wasn’t cleaned. The drain was slow and had hair stuck in it. There was dirty and mold in the grout.The sheets had stains. The tv was analog. They didn’t change our sheets once. We were given one roll of tissue. I had to go down to the front desk to get a new roll every time I needed it. Our rooms smelled mildly and mother’s room smelled like urine. There was a day we had no cleaning staff at all. We even had to take our own trash to the dumpster. The pool was murky and didn’t look clean. The mini fridge had mold in it. The containers that held the food for the breakfast didn’t look clean. Everything about this place was absolutely disgusting. It’s very evident that they just aren’t cleaning. The reviews for this place on Expedia said 7.8. There is no universe where this place is 7.8. It’s a 2 on its best day. Expedia should be ashamed because the reviews that they are allowing are not a true reflection of the quality of this place. There has to be bots making fake reviews. I don’t even know how this place passes health inspections.

Upon arrival for our stay the check in was lengthy because the front desk was changing shifts, the room was very dusty, trash was left in the trash can in the room, the restroom smelled like urine, the pillows and comforter on the bed were dingy dusty and discolored, the indoor pool was dirty the water was brownish and cloudy looking..definitely not the best stay/experience for my daughter sweet 16th birthday!!!

I think the staff was rude, the room was unpleasant that was originally assigned to us. We had to pay extra because the room smelled like mildew.
