The location is not far from Ubud Center. From the beginning of checking in until we checked out the staff was very friendly and welcoming. If you are looking for a quiet and comfortable hotel, spacious rooms with a Balinese atmosphere, this hotel is the choice. I think all the Adiwana groups are the best hotels I have ever stayed at. Breakfast is ala carte and very tasty, you can request halal food (because I'm Muslim). The best rating for the Adiwana hotel. And will be my choice again if I return to Bali, especially in Ubud.

Great room, great food, best location and amazing service. The staffs would greet and ask for feedback everytime. If there is any inconvinient, the staffs are very fast fixing it for us. Definitely recommended!

Fun, all the staff are friendly and helpful. The food is delicious too. Room facilities to the bathroom are all good. Can floating breakfast too. 8.5/10 If you go to Ubud, you will definitely stay here again. Thank u Adiwana unagi suites.

Everything was great. We booked a room with pool access which made us feel like we have our own private pool. The pool is not really big but beautiful for photoshoot cause it has jungle background. They also provide floating breakfast in the pool for an addition 50.000 only. In the room we have also a huge bathtub beside the bed, perfect for couple. I also like the hospitality of people around, we can communicate with front office by whatsapp, which is very easy, and they surely fast responding our request.

Karyawan hotelnya attentive, sangat memperhatikan kebutuhan kita. Misalnya waktu saya berenang, tiba-tiba hujan dan saya tidak bisa kembali ke kamar. Tanpa diminta datanglah karyawan hotelnya dengan membawa payung dan meminjamkan sehingga saya bisa kembali ke kamar. Kamarnya sendiri sangat luas dan menyenangkan, ada terasnya juga, sehingga kita bisa relax di sofa di teras, sambil baca buku atau mengerjakan-mengerjakanrelaxing things-things. Saya cuma ngga suka area taman di kamar mandinya (ngga comfortable buat saya pribadi), namun bagi orang yang suka dengan kamar mandi yang terbuka mungkin menarik.

Small hotels, friendly staff. The food is OK and they really cater my allergies. The room is spacious, but I am not so comfortable with bathtubs place really close to the bed. Plus all the floor is hardwood, and water + wood is not good.

Adawan unagi suites are highly recommended for staycations or spending time with family, friendly and helpful staff, complete room facilities, providing bicycle and shuttle bus facilities to get around Ubud. I really enjoy a staycation at this place, and want data not to be anymore next time?

The resort was impeccable. Location is perfect. Room is nice and clean. The breakfast was copious. Free yoga class was not a cheap one. Truly amazed! Definitely will come back. It is even good and enough for the honeymoon.
