I only stayed one night, so I can't give a full review. My room request wasn't met on the app, as I was given a smoking room even though I requested a non-smoking one. The exhaust fan was also noisy. Room cleanliness also needs improvement. However, amenities and towels were complete, and the water was flowing. Hopefully, things will improve in the future.

Please pay attention to the cleanliness of the hotel and the hot water for bathing.

Of note: the Wi-Fi wasn't working, and the in-room phone didn't work. If you needed anything, you had to go down to reception. The shower didn't run from morning until check-out.

Very disappointed: TV was not broadcasting. Hot shower was missing even though it was included in the booking. When checking in through the Traveloka app, I was given a room in the old building, even though the price of the new building was cheaper. If you want to upgrade to the new building, you have to pay an additional fee. The hotel staff informed me that if you check in directly, you will be placed in the new building.

Didn't have time to take a photo because when I checked in I saw that the hotel was under renovation, it was really uncomfortable. The condition of the room was not clean starting from the bed.

Friendly staff, easy and compromise check in/out, city center access, clean room with adequate facilities, only the sink has no water. Still recommended for those looking for a low budget hotel
