For the room its look as same as the pictures offered. Rooms are clean, and comfortable for sleeping. But for the service, its too bad. Starts from the reception, they does not know their email address to be insert to Traveloka customer services to confirm our reservation. They do nothing to make sure that our reservation is valid. We done to show them our confirmation number, but they cannot accept it, so we call Traveloka by ourself! The reception is very unhelpful for this case!!
