Before arriving, I couldn't call the hotel's phone number. When I got to the address, the street was pitch black and I couldn't see the hotel sign. It was late at night and the street was deserted. I was alone and couldn't contact the hotel or the staff. Terrible experience.

The hotel did not handle, until the afternoon my brother came to make noise, the hotel handled it and the two cleaners apologized and requested compensation for me. but did not accept the compensation because they only made the request of the receptionist.
