We really enjoyed our stay. The hotel has very nice, helpful staff and a great character. We only wish the pool wasn't under repair as that was a key reason we chose this hotel.

We really enjoyed our stay. The internal architecture was interesting. The staff was very helpful and friendly. They were quite flexible when we needed to change our plans.

The staff were amazing, very helpful and attentive. The only downside was that the pool was being repaired so we couldn’t swim. Will stay there again though.

Highly recommend!!!! Staff were excellent and so clean. Breakfast was so good. We were a group of 7 and they were so good to us. Everyone spoke excellent English. We definitely Will be back again.

Wish it had elevators, though

I stayed at the property for one week. The rooms were spacious but dated. Some fixtures need to be replaced (stained carpets, mosquito netting, shower curtains). Appeared to be mold on bathroom ceiling, and dead insect in bathroom on check-in. However, staff extremely friendly and restaurant was very good, although expensive by local standards. Wifi was sometimes inconsistent. Overall, I rate stay as average.

Everything was Top 10...The T.V needs more than 9 channels but the staff was Top 10..Asante

Probably would not stay again if I had a choice. Room door had a class panel on top which let light in at night and couldn't be changed. Plus you could hear noise from hallway. Bathroom shower area had some mold, etc. and needed a refresh. Restaurant was alright. Food took a long time to get. Breakfast was ok, nothing special. Staff was friendly and helpful.

The building is quite beautiful and has potential but the air conditioning didn’t work and water quality was very poor. We also had locked our room and found it unlocked the day we were checking out but no staff around - made us feel uneasy

What a nice boutique hotel!! The staff members were truly professional and very well spoken, from the guard who you'd meet coming in to the front office, restaurant and room service. The rooms are very clean, well decorated and cozy (my photos cannot do it justice). I booked the executive room the hopes of a view of lake. You could spot it in the distance from an angle but this will soon be difficult with the building propping up across the way. Breakfast was awesome and the hotel ambience was something else. All staff members were attentive and always at my service if I needed anything. The personalised service provided made my birthday memorable. The room service ladies brought up the surprise cake that my som had ordered and sang in a very pleasant manner. I was very pleased. I got real VIP treatment that reminded me of many a international hotel. I was very appreiative of late check out which meant a lot due ot my evening flight. I got to enjoy the rest of the facilities before taking a taxi to the airport. I'll be back for sure.
