Our stay was great from start to finish. Our flight into SAP was delayed by over 3 hours and we didn't arrive until almost 1 am, so i called the hotel and the staff was very friendly and accommodating. They assured me that I could come in at whatever time during the night and my rooms would be ready for me. Check in was quick and easy and the parking was good and secure. The included breakfast was awesome and my kids really enjoyed swimming in the pool. Staff was amazing all throughout and check out was also great. The rooms were comfortable and had everything we needed. Would definitely recommend.

Peaceful, clean, good location. All staff members are good but I noticed the excellent individualized care that Wilmer provides for guests, specially the elders. Congrats Wilmer

Excellent service, courteous staff, lovely rooms and great amenities. The pool was great. The best breakfast served in the mornings, simply delicious! I give this hotel stay a 5 star rating definitely would love to return. highly recommended.

Water was not hot.

It was comfortable for staying.

Location is decent but the rosters and dogs barking at 3:00 am wasn’t pleasant also the reception should explain a little bit more about turn in lights and AC we call he said he was coming to help us , but never show up we had to ask the cleaning lady who was very nice and friendly.

The service was great! Food was average. Does not have hot water in the mornings for shower. In the evening its just warm water. Needs new carpet

Loved staying at this hotel. The restaurant food was excellent as were the whole staff and personnel. As for feeling safe, we couldn’t have felt safer than we did here. Room was comfortable and had everything we needed.

Tuve una estadía larga y no fue cómoda porque me asignaron habitación en primer piso contiguo a calle y era muy escandoloso por los vehículos, adicional muy oscura, no se puede trabajar en computadora y una noche me encontré un alacrán en el baño.
